General Conditions

  1. The enrolment becomes valid only upon receipt of the confirmation by the centre.
  2. On the day of enrolment, 40% of the total fee should be paid. Payment can be effected by bank transfer or in cash. The remaining fees must be paid before the course begins.

    All bank charges have to be paid by the student.
  4. The enrolment has to be made at least two weeks before the course begins. For enrolments at a shorter notice, please consult the centre first.
  5. Cancellations must be made 7 days before the course begins. The deposit - less any bank charges incurred - will then be refunded. For cancellations received later than that, the school reserves the right to retain a part of the deposit as a cancellation fee.
  6. In the case of premature termination of a course due to serious illness, no refunds can be made, the remaining classes, however, may be rescheduled by the school at a later time.
  7. If there are fewer than 3 students on a course, the school reserves the right to reduce the number of lessons per day. The students will be duly informed about any changes.
  8. In case of one-to-one tuition, lessons should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance in order to obtain a refund. The booked lessons must be taken within 12 months from the date of the invoice. After that period, the school reserves the right to charge the difference in costs that might arise due to price changes.
  9. Absence from any lesson is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  10. Course fees are not transferable to another student under any circumstances.
  11. In cases of serious misconduct the school reserves the right to expel students without refund of fees.
  12. By law the school closes on public holidays (national and local ones) with no refunds or reductions made. Please consult the centre in order to learn which days are public holidays during the course in question.
  13. The school reserves the right to cancel or change the dates, times, fees or any other details relating to the courses should conditions warrant this.
  14. Prices and conditions are valid until further notice.
  15. By signing the enrolment form, the student agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of enrolment.
